€¢ Experience with a technical background in more than one technical area (e.g., ERP, Web, Infrastructure, software development) €¢ Proven ability to manage and direct several projects simultaneously. €¢ Ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts. €¢ Ability to manage and report on project budgets. €¢ General business process knowledge required. €¢ Ability to manage and direct international, remote, or virtual project teams. €¢ Ability to manage and direct project teams of all sizes. ?• Experience working with JIRA or Workfront is desirable. €¢ 10 or more years of project management responsibility and experience (experience managing technical projects preferred). Participate in the development of programs, policies, and procedures for non-IT departments.
Participate in the development of PMO strategies and policies.
Mentor and train junior project managers, including that outside of IT. Acts as a central point of contact to team members to inform and update on details of the project. Organize, facilitate, and administer the flow of communication materials, schedules, project requests, and timelines between participating project stakeholders. Perform tasks and activities to meet project goals and deadlines. Lead the timely and successful completion of multiple concurrent projects across multi-disciplinary business units.
